API is about families and a peaceful, joyful world. Our approach is to focus on spreading healthy attachment, empathy, responsiveness, and love. We look around and know there is an immense amount of work to be done and support to give.

Get Your Thinking Cap On!  AP Month starts in October!

“Parental Presence: Birthing Families, Strengthening Society ” is our AP Month theme this year celebrating the way that creativity allows you to be an amazing parent. Check it out! Get involved to help API raise awareness about the importance of parent support:

1. Collect and donate great items for the API online auction!

We are finishing up Parenting Without Power Struggles by Susan Stiffelman and will begin 

Make a difference in parents and children's lives by offering parenting education with attachment in mind--API's next parenting educator training is in Los Angeles August 13-15 with the early bird discount registration available until July 30. This training includes a special guest--noted author on attachment parenting, Martha Sears!
